My two favorite colors together again - Calypso Coral and Night of Navy!!!!! This time I also added Cucumber Crush and Daffodil Delight, which I really like. The base of this card is cut a little different than I normally do it. I made the card open on the right hand side with the 5 1/2" side on the top and bottom. I stamped the Night of Navy with Night of Navy ink using the Falling Flowers stamp set. It is kind of hard to see on this picture. At the end of this post I will have another picture that I think you will be able to see it better.
I cut the flowers and leaves using the Big Shot and May Flowers framelits. I like how you can see the Night of Navy through the flowers and leaves, it really makes them stand out. The sentiment came from the stamp set Circle of Spring and was stamped using the Calypso Coral ink. I punched the circle in Cucumber Crush with the 1 1/4" circle punch. The little flowers were stamped with Daffodil Delight and I used dimensionals to give them a little lift.
To make this card you will need the following measurements:
Calypso Coral Card Stock #122925
- cut at 4 1/4" x 11" score at 5 1/2"
- 3" x 3" for the flower
Night of Navy Card Stock #100867

Cucumber Crush Card Stock #138335
- scraps for the leaves and 1 1/4" circle
Whisper White Card Stock #100730

To adhere the Calypso Coral flower and leaves I used the Fine Tip Glue Pen and Silicone Craft Sheet.
Here is the picture showing a little bit better the Night of Navy on Night of Navy.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday! Thank you for stopping by!
