Stampin' Up! is offering this beautiful stamp set and matching framelits for a very limited time. You have from now until August 31st (or while supplies last) to order. I wasn't sure if I was going to get it, but then I saw cards and projects people were making with it. I had to have it!!!
Ok, I always say that! It is especially true as I just got my preorder from the holiday catalog yesterday and it is AWESOME!!!!!!! I am going to have so much fun creating with the new stuff. Where do I start?
I made this birthday card for some of my customers who have birthdays this month. As a thank you, I send them a birthday card and to help celebrate, they get free shipping on one order the month of their birthday! If you would like to be put on my list, just let me know!
I wanted to use the Sweet Sugarplum as one of my ladies who has a birthday is in love with it, but what color do I put with it? Again I used my method of laying out all of my colors to figure it out. If you would like to see the post about how I narrow it down, please click HERE. I finally decided on Rich Razzleberry. This color gets skipped over a lot and I am not quite sure why, it is beautiful.
To make this card I used the following measurements and products:
Rich Razzleberry Card Stock #115316
- cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" score at 4 1/4"
Sweet Sugarplum Card Stock #141418
- cut at 4 1/8" x 5 3/8"
- scrap for the flower measuring at least 3" x 3 1/2"
Pear Pizzazz Card Stock #131201
- Scraps for the stem measuring at least 3" x 4"
Whisper White Card Stock #100730
- cut 2 at 4" x 5 1/4"
I stamped the flower on Sweet Sugarplum card stock with Rich Razzleberry ink. I also used the Rich Razzleberry ink for the sentiment on the front and inside of the card.
This stamp set and matching framelits are not in the catalog, they are however you are able to order them through me or through my website.
