I had made these invites for Emily's Bachelorette party and didn't want to share them you all of you until after they went out. Due to the situation going on, her party had to be postponed. They are actually going to be doing it after the wedding. I think there will be a lot of things done differently this year.
I also wanted to share with all of you now, because some of these products are on the retirement list. The items on the retirement list are:
- Timeless Tropical Bundle - the stamp set and dies will be available for individual purchase in the new annual catalog, but not as a bundle.
- Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper
- Coastal Weave 3D Embossing Folder
- Tropical Oasis Trinkets - they have sold out
The other products I used will be available in the Stampin' Up! 2020-2021 annual catalog.
To make this project you will need the following paper. For a complete list of all the products I used, please see the end of this post.
Cardstock
Daffodil Delight
- cut at 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" score at 4 1/4"
- cut at 2 1/4" x 2 1/4"
- cut at 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Crushed Curry
- cut at 2 1/4" x 2 1/4"
Melon Mambo
- cut at 2 3/8" x 5 1/2"
Old Olive
- cut at 2 1/2" x 3"
Tropical Oasis Designer Series Paper
- cut at 2" x 5 1/2"
I used Melon Mambo ink to stamp the sentiment from the So Inviting stamp set on to Whisper White cardstock. I added a little of Crushed Curry ink on the pineapple and Old Olive ink on the stems with a Sponge Dauber. To finish off the card I added two trinkets from the Tropical Oasis Trinkets.
I had a lot of fun making these up for Emily. I wish she could have had her party before the wedding. It will still be a lot of fun in the fall.
Thank you for stopping in today. I hope you are having a great Wednesday.
Happy Stampin and
